Montara is located at Leslie Street and Wellington Street East in Aurora, Ontario, with the community backing onto the grounds of Magna Golf Club.

What types of homes are offered at Montara?

Montara is a limited collection of 2-car garage townhomes by Treasure Hill, from approximately 1,900 to 2,320 sq. ft. The M1 Collection is a two-storey design and the A3 Collection is a three-storey design, each with three bedrooms and an optional fourth.

When will construction start and when are closings expected?

Per the builder's current schedule, construction is anticipated to start in April 2027, with closings anticipated from Fall 2027 to Spring 2028. Timing is subject to change by the builder.

What is included with a Montara townhome?

Under the current incentive program, homes include a finished basement (as per plan), a 5-piece appliance package, quartz countertops, an electric fireplace, 9-foot smooth ceilings on the main floor, air conditioning, and 2-year free POTL fees. Incentives are limited-time offers and subject to change without notice. E.&O.E.

What is the deposit structure?

The current extended deposit structure totals $80,000: $20,000 on signing, followed by $10,000 at 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 and 210 days. Subject to change; please confirm the current structure when you register.
